Police are appealing for witnesses after a car failed to stop following a crash on the A303.
Officers from Avon and Somerset Constabulary attended a crash between Yeovil and South Petherton earlier this month involving two small cars, one blue and one black.
The police are now calling on anyone who has information to come forward to help with their investigation.
